Electrical company takes unit as a base

GOADSBY Commercial along with joint agents Lambert Smith Hampton have sold another unit at The Glenmore Centre in Cable Street and Wilson Street, Southampton.
Acting on behalf of Glenmore Commercial Estates, Unit 2 has been sold to electrical contractors Power Plus GB.
The unit comprises 1,188 sq ft over two floors, the unit will be a new base for Power Plus, which has been established for six years and carries out all types of electrical work from commercial to domestic.
Amy Baker at Goadsby said: "Power Plus GB Ltd were very pleased to secure one of the first units on this site and Unit 2 is ideal for them as it provides a 50/50 split of ground floor industrial and first floor which can easily be converted to offices or used as storage."
