The Robin Hood pub
The Robin Hood public house in the East Hampshire village of Standford is
offered for sale on a brand new lease from Enterprise Inns through the
Winchester office of leading licensed property agents, Christie + Co.
The public house is located near Bordon, which is the site of a possible new
eco-town redevelopment. It was refurbished approximately two years ago and
is presented in good order.
The detached, two-storey property offers open plan trading areas for 90
covers, two-bedroom owner's accommodation, gardens to the front and rear, a
car park with 40 spaces and an internal play area.
Tonya West of Christie + Co's Winchester office comments: "Under a new
lessee, the Robin Hood has the potential to become a destination venue for
family dining. The business is currently run as a tenancy. It is Enterprise Inns'
intention to create a new fully tied lease for a term of between five and 20
years. We have a viewing morning arranged for Thursday 24th April between
10am and 12 noon."
Christie + Co is seeking offers in excess of £65,000 for the leasehold interest in
the Robin Hood, with a commencing rent of £50,000 in the first year, rising to
£60,000 in the second.
