AGENT King Sturge has let the ground and first floors of Grenville House in Southampton on behalf of Mapeley Estates to BPP Professional Education.
Grenville House is part of the Nelson Gate Complex, opposite Southampton Station, off Commercial Road. BPP Professional Education has taken 7,400 sq ft on a new 10 year full repairing and insuring lease.
Mapeley's carried out a £1.5m refurbishment of the office accommodation, as well as the conversion of the former Victory Pub on the lower ground floor into two new retail units, one of which has been let to Costa Coffee.
Simon Keefe of King Sturge says, "Grenville House is superbly located and Costa Coffee opening on the lower ground floor is an added attraction."
